We provide digital reputation consulting, search engine optimization (SEO) suppression strategies, data broker opt-out coordination, and administrative compliance drafting. We do not operate as a law firm, and no communication or document provided constitutes formal legal representation or legal advice.
No Guarantee of Third-Party Compliance
While our managed takedown and SEO suppression frameworks aggressively target damaging content, we do not control third-party websites, independent review platforms, or search engine algorithmic indexing decisions. Third-party platforms may occasionally alter policies or reinstate content outside of our direct operational control.
Stripe Escrow & Refund Policy
For Managed Takedowns ($299), client funds are processed via secure Stripe authorized hold/escrow logic and are only captured upon verified search engine de-indexing. DIY packets ($49) and monthly subscriptions (MRR tiers) are strictly non-refundable once digital access or provisioning has been initiated.
User Representation
By submitting data, business URLs, or proof of claims to our platform, you warrant that you are the authorized legal representative or owner of the designated business entity and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall our platform, its operators, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the publication, hosting, or delayed removal of online content by third parties.
